Brooksby Hall wedding

A civil wedding ceremony at Brooksby Hall, many times I have seen this kind of wedding dress, but only on display at wedding fayres, I have always liked the style and was thrilled when I finally goy my hands on one --so to speak.

It started to rain during the bridal prep - it stopped and then just before the arrival at Brooksby Hall, it the rain got heaver. It was then a very quick dive out of the car and in to Brooksby Hall via a back door to see the registrar. Thankfully the rain stopped during the 10 min ceremony and we were able to go straight outside for drinks and photos, it even brightened up for the rest of the day.
